05/06/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH MANAGER AND MAINTANENCE PERSON AND ASKED IF THEY WERE AWARE OF THE PROBLEMS, THEY SAID THEY WERE AND PROVIDE THE COMPLAINT FORM. MAINTANENCE PERSON STATED THEY CHECKED THE A/C UNIT DETERMINED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND ORDERED A NEW CONDENSOR. UPON MY INSPECTION AT THE UNIT FOUND THAT THE MAINTANENCE PERSONS LADDER WAS STILL UP AT THE UNIT. I LOOKED AND FOUND THE UNIT RUNNING BUT STILL OPENED UP. I TALKED TO THE OCCUPANT AND WHO STATED HE WAS NOW GETTING AIR TO THE UNIT. MAINTANENCE HAD TOLD ME THE COMPLAINT WAS FOR THE GFCI IN THE BATHROOM BUT ONLY NEEDED TO BE RESET. TENNANT STATED HE HAD A OUTLET IN THE BEDROOM THAT WAS NOT WORKING BUT HAD NOT INFORMED THE MANAGER. SPOKE WITH MAINTANECE WHO STATED BEDROOM OUTLETS ARE HALF TURNED ON BY SWITCH AND WOULD INFORM AND SHOW TENNANT HOW TO USE THE SWITCHED OUTLET. WORK IN PROGRESS. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE. BUSINESS CARD PROVIDED TO THE TENNANT IF WORK DID NOT GET COMPLETED.
