Received call from Rick Saldate to go to the site due to T.P.D. on site with a cut sewer line. Arrived and the owner has cut the sewer line on his property side and in doing it, does not allow passage of the drainage of the sewer from the property at 1201, 1203, 1205 E. Alvord Rd. The line was cut on the east end of the property close to a masonry wall that seperates the properties. At this time are asking for a permit due to the cut in the line and will need to be capped on both ends. The owners are working with a property advisor who sold the property to the current owners. The area is a vacant lot where the sewer line was placed. It had a mobile home that had burned and was removed under the VANS program. Permit has been issued for a DEMO of the burned mobile home and not finaled, T09BU00657 that expired on 11-24--09 with no inspection done. Did talk to the owner of Jeanette Blvd. about re-connecting the sewer line back for 10 days to give the other owner of Alvord Rd. time to work on getting prices and working on the permits. The owner for Jeanette Blvd. gave permission for the re-connect of the sewer line as long as the owner from Alvord Rd. pays for a license plumber to do the work of connecting the line. Did talk to the sargent from TPD to go over the agreement and she met with the owner from Alvord and he agreed to pay for the re-connecting of the sewer line. With doing the re-connecting of the sewer line, the property of 1201, 1203, 1205 E. Alvord Rd. have access to the sewer line. The sewer line starts at 1205 E. Alvord that goes through the property of 1203, 1201 E. Alvord Rd. than through 5885 S. Jeanette Blvd. than between the property of 5897, 5893 S. Jeanette Blvd. than is connected to the main line on Jeanette Blvd. I have been on this property and until now it has been a civil matter. Now that the sewer line has been cut, it now is a work with out permits due to the cuting of the sewer line. No Bluestaking was called in and where the trench was dug and several phone line have been cut and the sewer line was broken. The owner has given until May 8, 2015 at 1:00 PM to work on the line and will remove the repair and cap the line on both sides. The plumbing contractor was Spartan Plumbing that the owner called from Alvord Rd. to make the repairs needed to have the sewer line re-connected. The owner from Alvord Rd. did get a price from the contractor to make the repairs to install the new sewer line to Randall Blvd. Once the plumber was complete on the repairs, TPD and the inspector left the site.
