Follow up 05-01 -2015 met with tenant at the property has moved out no personal items in the unit to include the washer and dryer.. water was disconnected from the water hose in back yard ..tenant just waiting for me to follow up before he vacates completely.. Mattresses trash and debris in the front was removed by the owner ..valves and outlet cover are the only items remaining |
