| 04/27/2015 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Was called out from communications to the address of 2800 South Mission unit 1206 when I arrived tucson fire was on sight they had a complaint of Chemical being used for countertops that was disturbing neighboring units, I came to make a determination could not make the determination call the supervisor, supervisor advised me we need to call hazmat, they have the proper equipment. If hazmat determines chemicals to strong and will need to vacate units above and to the side then I will address with manager on moving tenants. Hasmat made determination that chemical not hazardous enough to vacate any neighboring units, advised manager just to ventilate the unit that has been worked on with fans and open all the windows. No notice was issued to Manager. Will return in 24hrs. |
