04/28/2015 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Received a call from Rick Saldate my supervisor and T.P.D. on site with a sewer cut. Arrived and the sewer has been cut on the neighbor property and not allowing the use of the sewer line to 1201, 1203, 1205 E. Alvord Rd. which are houses. The sewer line is going through the property of 1205, 1203, 1201 E. Alvord Rd. than through the property of 5885 S. Jeanette Blvd. than through the property of 5897 S. Jeanette Blvd. to the main connection on Jeanette Blvd. Have been to this site before and both parties were advised that this issue were civil matters. Now that the line has been cut, it leaves no sewer line to the property. Due to no sewer the properties are going to be condenmed. Did talk to the neighbor that cut the line and was going to allow the re-connection of the sewer line to be allowed to be used. The owner of this property needs to call a plumber to have the repairs made and he pay for the cost of re-connecting. Spartan was called to the site to do the work of re-connecting the sewer line. Spartan arrived and did the work and was working with the owner on doing the other work of a new sewer line to Randall Blvd. The trench is to remain opened until this matter can be resolved. The owner was given unitl May 8, 2015 to work on getting the new sewer line started or completed. Some of the notes from the property of 5885 S. Jeanette Blvd. can be part of this case. Will check the site on May 8, 2015. RV. |
