At site, spoke to owner and her son. I explained that the RV can be stored on the property, but must be operable otherwise it's a JMV. There is refuse/ storage items throughout the front and side yard areas. Her son stated that he was waiting for the scrap metal price to go up. I explained that all storage items need to be screened from the public view. Overgrown grass and weeds throughout the front yard. F/U 10 days. |
