At site, with Barbara Ann, cosmetology inspector with the state of Arizona. We spoke with the tenant, Tera, who claimed she does do nails but only for friends, family and to trade services with other people. I explained that a nail salon service in a R-1 zone is not permitted and that she needs to cease all business activities. I served her with a NOV. She stated that her business is a hobby, but she has a price list posted on social media pages, (ie. facebook.) A photo of the price list is in SIRE. F/U 30 days. |
