Visited site,met TPD on site, inspected, found as follows,the unit is full of refuse,lumber,ect inside unit, there is no potable water,no plumbing,added electrical circuits,added roofing on top on mobile home,condemned unit, had mother of tenant sign notice of violation, and condemnation and explained to her that all work had to be done prior to living inside unit, this includes securing permit for electrical and plumbing added roofing material on top of mobile home,gave thirty days to abate |
