Inspection found two area that was enclosed. The rear porch was enclosed back in the 90 under a permit but it expired. The Carport is now being enclosed to a bedroom and was being done without a permit. Have talked to teh owner and the renter and have let them know that the rooms will have to be inspected to meet todays code. The owner will be down in May to look at the property. I will send a NOV to let him know what needs to be done. A STOP WORK ORDER has been done on the Carport. |
