06/15/2015	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE		Approved	Meet with the tenant, Mr Bowers, and Inspector CB. We viewed the unit and determined that the smoke alarms and roaches have been taken care of. The electric, drywall and plumbing need to be finished. The water heater is new. No permits have been obtained.

Spoke with the owner on site and the next pest service is scheduled for the 19th of May. The tenant showed me a video of the water leaking form #203 above.

04/23/2015	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE		Approved	Revisited the unit and forund that the water heater is leaking. The unit above had some water related repairs done 2 months ago. The leak is still present above the shower/tub below. There is evidence of roaches in the unit.
