Called the owner and he said he had tacken care of the items. I went to the unit and was shown that the item are not abated. The water heater may be leaking or the water is from the now sealed kitchen leak. The tenant will dry and see if the water comes back then notify me. The shower ceiling is damaged from leaking and is still leaking. There are exposed electrical wires in the cupboard. The kitchen light show signs of water damage and has no cover to protect the flourescent tubes from the cookung surfaces. the wall light is missing a globe. There are no smoke alarms in the bedrooms and the one for the hall is in the living room next to the ductwork. The tenant reports no heat or a/c working. |
