08/18/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The property has been cleaned and the interior of the house has been remodled. Some walls removed and new drywall has been added. The electrical main panel has been replaced with new and that does have a permit and currently being inspected. The house is for sale and has a sign posted in the front and will call that phone number. Will do N.O.V. Will check in 45 days. RV.
06/19/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The graffiti has been painted over, the trees have been cut in the front yard and the rear yard, the interior of the house has been cleaned and all the items removed and have started to clean the tall grass and weeds. Did call the owner and they will be cleaning next week. The owner called has just got the property back for non payment from the listed owner on the Pima County Assessor Record. 04/17/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Property is vacant and secured. Did find a posting of the house being taken over back to the orginal owner and has a court date of 4-28-15 at 11:00 AM. Have the phone number of the owner taking over the property and will call to have the graffiti cleaned up. All the items are still in the house. Will check in 20 days. RV.
