Received call from Norma that T.P.D. on site electrical issues inside the house. Arrived and had to wait due to a dead body in the house and was waiting for the Medical Examiner to take the body. Was advised that the electrical was on and had exposed wiring through out. The property was not suppose to have the electrical on due to lacking the meter from TEP. Once the body was removed was able to inspect the interior of the house. The power was on and had exposed wiring where boxes have been added or going to add a box for outlets or a light. The interior has drywall that was missing where walls were removed or doing work in the wall to add or change electrical or plumbing. Doors are missing and found a room with some doors and not sure if for this house. The roof leaks in one of the bathroom that is being remodled and not completed. The main bathroom has been redone and lacking the flooring and some drywall patches where changes have been made. Does have tall grass and weeds, a trench where the new water line is suppose to be installed with a new line. The main electrical panel is lacking a meter from TEP and has backing strike plates through the sockets to get power to the house. The property was not to have electrical and was getting it with out a meter from TEP. Did call TEP to have the wires cut at the pole. Did make contact with the listed owner of the property and has lost the property to the bank and has been purchased by an investment company and not sure the name of the company. Will research the property for the new owner. Due to not able to find a responsible party for the property, Arcaiden Industries was called to the property to have the doors and windows secured. Did 2-3' secuity doors pinned, 2-6040 XO security bars were pinned shut and repinned a 6' sliding glass door that has plywood over it. TEP cut the wires at the pole and the strike plates were removed from the sockets where the meter goes. Did the posting of "Do Not Enter" on the front window. The property still has items in the house and the girl friend taken to jail for a warrent. She was advised that she needs to make contact with who ever owns the property to get back into the house. This property was to be vacant due to lacking of all the utilities to the property at this time. At this time will check who owns the property to send the N.O.V. RV. |
