On site, spoke to tenant's brother about issues in abutting rear alley. Weeds and grass exceed 6 inches in height located in abuttting alley. Also in alley refuse and debris not limited to: clothing, cardboard boxes, wood, cabinets and tree trimmings. Follow up in 10 days. |
