Visitedsite, met TPD on site, inspected, found as follows, there was refuse thru out the home that is causing health issues to the tenants, also refuse on the exterior in the back yard, there is overgrown vegetation grass and weeds exceeding six inches in height in the back yard, also found that there was modification to the electrical service entrance, will research. took pictures, wrote notice of violation and had tenant sign and gave a copy. |
