Met with supervisor RS, TPD Officer and viewed the property. Pictures were taken of both the interior and exterior. There is heavy accumilation of refuse, debris and feces inside of the mobilehome. The ceiling was detaching from the structure in several rooms. There were cobbwebs in all rooms. There were exposed electrical wiring inside of the unit and cords being run to devices. TPD said there was no heat and we found a space heater in the unit. Report stated occupant was taken to the hospital. Her son left later in a taxi after removing some of the contents. I met with the property manager. He will email me more info on the owner/occupant. He said he will remove the property water meter. I shut the valve. I had TEP and Southwest Gas disconnect the utilities. The unit was condemed as unfit to occupy and posted. A NOV was posted on the unit. |
