The house apperars to be unoccupied and TW records indicate no water service since 2012. There was a recent inquiry on 03-04-15 by the listed PO for service however TW is holding acvcount doe to a c-bill from years past. The property is no unsecured and there are no code violations at this point. There is a section of the wooden fence at the N/E corner of the property which has been replaced with chain link. Case closed due to no violations. |
