Date Description Inspector Results Comments
03/30/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Communication called and T.P.D. on site with a car thru building. Arrived and a pick up truck has hit the chain link fencing and a handi-cap ramp. The handi-cap ramp is a total lost. The ramp was pushed into the mobile home and made holes in the wood siding. The interior of the mobile home has no damage but did see where openings exist in the corners where the walls and ceilings meet and not sure if existing or new. The owner of the mobile home will be able to remain in the mobile home at this time. Did give the owner a list of agency's to call for assistance on repairing the home. The holes in the wood siding are in the siding only and not breaking any of the framing members or damage to the wiring. Did give a Notice to the owner and she will work on getting the ramp repaired or replaced. The owner of the truck did show to the property and met with the owner of the mobile home to go over the repairs required on the property. The owner of the truck was not the driver of the truck at the time of the accident. The driver of the truck at the time of the accident was taken to jail. Did see a water leak near the ramp and checked the piping and the water was leaking from the hose bibb. Will check in 30 days. RV.
