Compliant unit 1 cooler has not been operable according to the occupant since last summer: Found - knocked on unit 1 no answer looked in windows was vacant. Knocked on unit 2 tenant came out and said unit 1 was vacant. Called owner stated cooler was operational last summer has not kicked it on this year and unit 1 is vacant, will have it up and running for new occupants, will move to close out case |
