MANAGEMENT HAS REMOVED THE WINDOW AND HAS REPLACEMENT TO GO BACK IN AND WILL CONTINUE TO WORK WITH TENANT TO GET AND REPLACE THE WINDOW. ALL ISSUES ADDRESSED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |

LATER RECEIVED A CALL STATING SHE WAS NOT FEELING GOOD AND WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE TODAYS APPT. **SPOKE WITH RICK SALDATE, EXPLAINED THE SITUATION OF THE ORIGINAL TWO ISSUES AND FINALLY ADDRESSING ELEVEN ISSUES. EXPLAINED THAT I ALLOWED MANAGEMENT TO ADDRESS ALL ISSUES WITHOUT A NOV DUE TO NOT BEING NOTIFIED, AND EXPLAINED ALL ISSUED HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED AND COMPLETED. ALSO EXPLAINED THE DIFFICULTY CONDUCTING A F/U NSPECTION SAME PROBLEM MANAGEMENT IS HAVING GETTING INSIDE THE UNIT. EXPLAINED NO ISSUE WERE IMMINENT HAZARDS BUT ALL COSMETIC. RICK ASKED I TACTFULLY EXPLAIN TO THE TENANT THAT IS SHE COULD NOT MAKE OUR APPOINTMENTS THAT SHE WOULD NEED TO CONTACT MANAGEMENT FOR REPAIRS AND BE RESPONIBLE TO MEET APPOINTMENTS. |

TENANT ASKED FOR A 1:00 PM APPT. , HER CAR WAS IN THE PARKING AREA. PRIOR TO COMING TO THE APT. I MET WITH MANAGER KRIS WHO STATED THEY HAVE COMPLETED MY ISSUES AND REQUESTS FROM THE TENANT EXCEPT FOR THE FRONT WINDOW AS THEY MADE SIX ATTEMPTS TO GET INSIDE TO REMOVE THE GLASS TO CHANGE OUT THE WINDOW. ALL ATTEMPTS WERE DOCUMENTED BY THE MAINTANENCE PERSON. MANAGER PROVIDED DOCUMENTAITON. |
