| 03/23/2015 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Upon arrival I witnessed a large pile of dead bees at the base of a column near the sidewalk at a strip center. There were a few bees still flying about however nothign to constitute a swarm. I entered a business nearby and the store manager advised that a pest control company had just been there and sprayed the bees with a chemical. The manager went on to say that the bees were there on Saturday and he had contacted the property mgt. company. After speaking with a rep from PM I learned that she attempted to get a contractor out over the weekend but was unsuccessful. Ultimately "Insect Eradication Specialists" responded this morning and sprayed the bees. I explained to the store clerk and the PM rep to call 911 in the future if there are bees swarming in a public area. |
