On site at duplex. spoke to a neighbor. Weeds and grass exceed 6 inches in height located in front, sides, rear yards, and front sidewalk area. Pile of greenwaste in front sidewalk area. Refuse and debris in front yard not limit to: tree trimmings and two matress. In front yard red 4 door Toyota Camry with driver side front tire flat with no license plate. Follow up in 10 days. |
