4901 S.Park Ave. is a parking lot. The address of the business is 1030 E. Irvington Rd. The graffiti is on the south masonry wall through out. Has other areas that have been tagged and have been painted before. Did meet with the owner and gave the N.O.V. and he signed it. Did go over that if not done in 10 days that a citation will be given. He has covered the graffiti before and they did it again. Advised that the graffiti needs to be monitored and if graffiti is placed on the building again that he needs to remove it as soon as possible. Took pictures. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
