Meet with the owner and discussed that I would be sending a NOV. I told him he can not use the barrels as a fence. The east porch is screened in for plants for the winter. Viewed the rear shed and the duct between the two buildings is a "cat run" not for transfer of air. No evidence of anyone able to be living in the shed. |
