Visited site, met TFD on site, inspected, found as follows, there was a fire in a secondary structure that cased structual damage to the building, this damage was sheetrock, trusses, insulation, roofing,electrical, smoke, condemned unit, wrote notice of violation, met owner, discussed violations on the notice and the damage to the secondary unit, had owner sign and gave a copy, gave thirty days to abate,This case was given to area inspector |
