03/17/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Inspection found a Grease Trap next to the building on the south side. Found that a permit was issues back in 2000 for a new Grease Trap but it was never inspected. Have talke to the manager and he did not know that the permit was never inspected. I explained to him he would need to get it re-issued and have inspection done and final. The road on the south side of the property (E Tearney Dr) looks to have encroach into the property on 3602 E Grant Rd. Have spoke to Engineering and Transportion and they state that the road is ok that the property owners on E Tearny Dr can exit out the east end of the street.
