This is not a high priorty call. There are no exposed electrical conductors. There is short runs of NM cable from the subpanel in the closet to the ceiling and a short run at the eves outside. There is one missing receptacle cover plate. There are two small holes in the walls. he ceiling in the living and bedroom shows water damage. The hallway smoke alarm is missing. The bedroom window screen is missing. The service disconnects are not labeled as to which unit they serve for first responder to be able to use. The subpanel fuses are not labeled. There are missing LB covers and unused openings in the equipment. The condition of the equipment is questionable. |
