On site, spoke to tenant about issues with weeds and grass exceed 6 inches in height located in front, sides and rear yards. Refuse and debris in sidewalk area not limited to: couch and tree trimmings. Tenant sign written notice of violation and did not want notice mailed to owner. Follow up in 10 days. |
