Visited the site and found remodeling in progress. The kitchen, bathrooms and the Arizona room. I meet with the owner and the contractor. I explainrd what neede to be done with permit application and issued a NOV on site. A Stop Work Order was posted and pictures taken. I allowed the hot moping and sealing of the roof to continue only. |
