Confirmed large structure built without required permits in rear yard; structure is over 200 sq ft in area, 12'+ high, is attached to original shed structure located in southwest corner of parcel; another attached structure has been added to the north of the original shed, but shares a support truss with the larger structure; lighting has been added to ceiling; structure is located directly below service conductors to main house and does not appear to have required clearance. The property is also in the Jefferson Park HD, so the work will require an HPZ review. |

On site, knock on door no answer. No dead tree on property. Weeds and grass exceed 6 inches in height located in front, rear yards, front sidewalk area and alley. Large wood structure built in back yard with no permits. Will get with another inspector for structure without permits. Follow up in 10 days. |
