I walked throught the entire complex and there was no refuse, debris or trash and in fact the grounds were quite neat and clean. At the rear of the complex across the alley there was some discarded furniture behind the address 1714 S. Jefferson Av. I will open a case for the debris in the alley and send it to the property owner of the Jefferson address. |
