On site spoke to tenant about weeds, grass and dead tree on property. Tenant has cut weeds and grass from front, yard, front and east sidewalk area. One of the dead trees in alley has been removed. Rear yard about 40% of weeds and grass have been cut. Spoke to supervisor and gave 10 day extension. |
