Met with owner onsite and walked the insode of the property. Inspection found 2 door that need to be reapaired or replaced, the bathroom sliding door is off track or the track is broke. The bedroom door off the kitchen had to be broken into because they could not get the door to open, some of the outlet in the wall are lose and need to be resecured. Property is not Registrated as a rental property with the Assessors Office. |
