03/03/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the manager and the banner will be getting a permit for the title company. The manager will remove the banners until the permit is issued. Met with the manager of the pawn shop and went over that the banners have no permit and will be removed by tomorrow. Will check in 3 days. RV.
