Met with the manager and the portable sign has been removed to the interior of the office. The A-Frame is OK due to has a permit and the balloons are not connected to the sign. The management did want to know what could be done to keep the sign near the sidewalk and would check. Did check with Brian Wiese and only can have one portable sign per property and the A-Frame is the one allowed for the property. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
