Met with the owner and he has built an screen porch to the rear of the house and less than 200 s.f. The porch is a wood frame with filon on the roof and landscaping screen on the side for covering for the walls. Did go over that a site plan may be required showing the location but will need to meet with zoning. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
