Visited site, inspected, found as follows, two banners posted on the front of building, also a illegal a-frame on the sidewalk area, contacted manager on site, started to explained the violation on the property, was getting belligerent, contacted supervisor, met me on site, met manager, store manager had gotten offensive, at that point contacted Tucson, police and had them met us on site, explained status and assisted in serving a civil citation, had manager sign and gave copys, left premises. |
