Visitedsite, inspected, met TPD on site found as follows,mutiple electrical circuits added thru out the home posing a safety hazard to the owner, tenants,contatced Tucson Electric ,called for a disconnect and meter pulled due to the electrical hazards inside unit,will send notice of violation to owner, was not at the site at time of the inspection,the permit will require a linsed electrical contractor to bring all circuits to code,have inspections and recieve a final prior to connecting power.Also upon inspection found vegetation over growth thru out the property,fron,back,side, and also utility easment,there were approximatele twelve junked motor vehicles,also conversation of a neighbor there was a sixty foot cargo trailer brought in and set in back yard approximaetl a month prior, a notice of violation will have to written for the remainder of the violations, gave zero days to abate all electrical |
