08/27/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner of the mobile home and still not able to move in. Does not have the money to pay for the permits to have the electrical turned back on or the gas turned back on. Did have the smoke detectors installed today. Nothing has been done on the pedistal for the electrical to have it repaired. The owner is still staying with the daughter at this time. Did stop by and the manager for the mobile home park was on site and did ask if the owner was staying in the mobile home. The manager stated that the owner is staying with the daughter and the daughter drops the owner when she comes to the property or rides the bus. The posting is still in place on the front window near the entrance to the property. Will check in 90 days. RV.
06/18/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The mobile home is vacant and secured. No work has been done to the fire damaged area. No one on the property and did try and find management for the mobile home park and no one in the office or answering the door. Did leave a card on the desk of the office with the cell phone number to call to check the status of the repairs to be made and when. Will check in 60 days. RV.
