Given the case by supervisor Rick Saldate to check into the case. The property does have a permit, T14CM03483 and issued on 10 24-14 and the last inspection was 2-10-15 and 1-scheduled tomorrow. Did meet with the contractor and the owner of the property and they understood that the historic review was done with Johnathan Mabry and should talk to the architect. Did let them know that I have called the architect and waiting for a call back. The building has been gutted out and a new roof has been re-done on the upper portion. The rear of the property has a new stem wall built and ready for grouting. Did take pictures. Will meet with supervision. RV. |
