At site with inspector Morales, no one home. I found refuse in front of home and on the north side easement. There is also overgrown weeds on the south side of home, north side easement and rear easement. Dead tree in south rear backyard. Found in carport white mercury four door, front tire missing. F/U in 10 days. |
