On site, spoke to owner's cousin and neighbor. Neighbor stated the tree trimmings in alley came from trailer park arcoss alley. Neighbor did talk to supervisor from trailer park about removing tree trimmings from alley. Can see tree trimmings in front of unit 6 and in alley. Left message on phone with supervisor of trailer park. Will follow up in 24 hours. |
