Inspection found a number of sign violations, 2 banner on poles next to the road that were removed by the inspector, 2 Fahter Banner were remove by the inspector as well. Spoke to the manager in the office of the Gaslight theater and explined to her that banner have to be on the building and had to have a permit. She stated thank you for let her know the rules. Spoke to the front end manager of the Costume Shop and she stated the Father Banner Flags were not theirs, I am sure they are and they were removed by the inspector. I did not see any banner in the front that I jurisdiction on. I did find a number of other sign code violation in the complex and I spoke to each owner about there signs and what they could and could not have as signs in the city limits of Tucson. Case Closed. |
