Upon checking the building, I was able to obtain the Pastor's number. I called him and let him know the situation. He stated that his maintenance man did not give the man in the tent permission to stay. I informed him that we do not have jurisdiction to remove him, that was their responsibility. I told the Pastor I would be sending the NOV.
