CALLED THE OCCUPANTS PHONE NUMBER AND LEFT A MESSAGE. OCCUPANT CALLED BACK AND STATED THAT THEY WILL TRY TO BE AVAILABLE AFTER 4PM. I LET THEM KNOW I WORK FROM 7AM TO 4PM. I ASKED IF THERE WAS A TIME BETWEEN THAT TIME WHEN WE COULD MEET. OCCUPANT SAID SHE'D CALL ME BACK AND LET ME KNOW. FU IN 5 DAYS.
02/10/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved MET W/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. THEY SHOWED ME A COMPLAINT FORM THAT THE OCCUPANT HAD JUST FILLED OUT AND SUBMITTED ON 2/10/2015. MANAGEMENT STATED THAT THE OWNERSHIP JUST PURCHASED THE PROPERTY AND THEY ARE NEW TO THE PROPERTY TODAY IS THEIR 2ND DAY ON SITE. MC COOK CO WAS CONTACTED TO REPAIR THE CHILLER AND BOILER THEY ARE DUE OUT TODAY TO INSPECT THE BOILER AND CHILLER.
