At site, spoke to tenant and manager. Water had leaked into the dwelling around the front door. Maintenance patched around the bottom of the stucco, pulled the carpet back and vacuumed up the water. I explained to the tenant that I would re-open the case if water leaked in again the next time it rained. Close case. |
