F/U inspection for court and the fence still has boards up and now I can see him working on a vehicle in the back yard the engine looks to be out and it has not been there before, the back yard has debirs and refuse along the east side of the fence. |

Fence is still the same. Spoke to the renter and he is working on getting the proper secreening for the fence it going to take a little time to get it and istall it. I told him he needs to remove the wood and the netal from the fence now and work on the screening as time and money will let him, I also told him he needs to make sure he keep the back yard clean while he is doing this. |
