Visited site, met TPD on site, inspected, found as follows, there were approximately thirty transits living in and around the mobile home, the residential building, upon discussing the options TPD had stated that they had done the research on the property and found that the owner has passed and that the daughter was placed in a facility, andcould not make contact, upon research of navailine thee not been any water service since 2009 and there was no electric service on site, there was signs of habitation ,urin, feces on,in and around the buildings inside ond out, contatced supervision and discussed the options of the vacant property and explained the vacant and neglected units on the premises, at that point it was determined to go ahead and board up and secure all units on premises, boarded up units, then fenced the two entrance's, posted do not enter on the fence. will write notice of violation, contatced bathcrest and used twelve sheets of plywood, also contacted Biff Baker Fence and used three panels of fencing |
