Large picture window with the blinds open, there is a bed, table, clothes chairs and misc items inside. Knocked at door, no answer, No water bill, checked exterior outlet no charge, checked out side water faucet no water. Checked meter it has a blue tag on the system. Posted house with a Notice to Vacate due to lack of water and electrical services, posted house, took pictures. Will follow up early Monday morning for the occupant. |
