Spoke to tenant by phone by phone and advised him that the unit can not be occupied with out water utilities, tenant paid his past water bill ,water scheduled for reinstatement on Mon, Jan. 26.tenant will stay with relative for the weekend. tagged fence with order to vacate placard. |
